Jennifer Kuhr is an accomplished artist who specializes in surface Design and Illustration.

Jenni’s style is vibrant, filled with bold color and striking patterns. She captures life scenes inspired by nature, people  strolling city streets or barefoot on the beach.

Growing up, she was surrounded by the soaring pines and fresh waters of Northern Wisconsin juxtaposed by the urban buzz of  Chicago. The windy city was a draw, where she studied amongst works the great masters, such as  O'Keeffe, Monet and Seurat at  the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where she earned a BFA  in painting/drawing and textile design.  She is skilled in both digital and traditional mediums.

For 15 years, Jenni designed and produced couture greeting cards,  through her rep, Constance Kay. She sold in stores and galleries throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia.

As of 2018, she has transitioned to surface design and illustration. Working primarily in Adobe Platforms: Illustrator, Photoshop and Fresco,  as well as, Procreate and traditional mediums: ink, gouache and collage.

Currently, residing in Northwest Arkansas, with her husband  she is surrounded by the dynamic urban vibe of the rapidly growing NWA, while moments away from the pristine beauty of the Ozark Mountains. Her work is influenced by the incredible contrast between the two.

She now takes on freelance projects and licenses her versatile  illustrations and surface pattern designs.
